I've been to ETI YEARS ago and had good customer service. I made a drive there today and was thoroughly impressed with the best Customer Service I have ever had ANYWHERE! Theresa was so sweet to first measure my leg then show me what she had in the compression I needed, even trying some samples on while showing me the proper way of putting them on. Thanks so much!! I'll be returning, for sure!

I think you have to call and order by phone. I was there a few weeks ago and Teresa told me to call if i needed more.
Their site is strictly informational (old school) and is an http:// site not a https:// secured site. Many modern browsers and internet protection filters will block these type of sites... giving you the site not available/site blocked/potentially unsafe site warning. You have to order by phone or I believe they have an outlet in Asheboro NC. Their prices are amazing as they produce the product that other companies slap their logo on and sell for 3 to 10 times the price.
