If you are looking for a low-key venue with charm, Yawger Brook should be your one and only stop! Gary and the entire team constantly surprised and delighted us throughout the planning of our wedding. When we first visited the venue, we were blown away. What a HIDDEN GEM. Gary has clearly put a ton of work into this beautiful little spot, and man…it shows how much he cares. When we had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID, Gary was the most understanding and flexible. As we moved towards our new date, Gary answered every call, no matter the time of day or day of the week. He was so relaxed with our requests, and made sure every detail we wished for was executed. If you are the kind of person that likes to take control of your own party planning, that wants a vendor that will let your creativity fly…Yawger Brook is perfect for you. It doesn’t stop there. Our wedding was two weeks ago and people still cannot stop talking about the food. It’s extremely obvious that Gary and the team created a true home-cooked menu for our day. Every guest absolutely gushed over every menu item, especially my favorite - the mac and cheese! I have received comments like, “That was the best food at a wedding I have ever had!” and “You NEVER get food like that at a wedding!” over and over again. Gary, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our dream wedding happen. We are still impressed with you, your team, your venue, and (of course) your macaroni and cheese. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Great food. Friendly staff. Suggest adding some ceiling fans for events held in the hotter Summer months. It was cooler outside. Very nice venue if your looking to have a casual, simple, outdoor event.

Nice event space - both indoors and outdoors. The food was VERY good. Inground pool out back. Nice inside, good set-up for the food, bar available. Only 2 complaints: hot inside - should install ceiling fans which would help a TON, and it is loud inside. There were two separate parties going on without a solid divider, so when our side was giving speeches, difficult to hear because you can hear the other party going on. Still, this is one of the best venues of its type that I have been to. I would book my party here! (Really should install the fans though.)
