[SB inquired about my 3 Star review.] Compared to other SB in the area it's underwhelming. My partner always ask , "Did you go to the good SB?" I get a chuckle from that. SB has better prices than my Vons but the Customer Service at my Vons is stellar. My last visit the young gentleman restocking the ice cream was nice to me but honestly I've never felt welcome at SB by the other employees. I go to this location because it's on my way home from the gym. It's not bad it's just not the same vibe as Vons on 19th or the Good SB as my better half calls it. No worries I'll still shop here out of convenience and good prices.😊

Top notch customer service all around at Staters on Baseline & Carnelian. I bought some stew meat, but I got the pork by mistake, what I wanted was the beef. Pressley took time away from making the Valentine's Display to assist in my current dilemma. Attn: Upper Management, this employee absolutely sparkled, she can prioritize & efficiently process any & all tasks .This type of employee can spearhead a Stater Bros. return to the glory days of old.

Every time I come and shop I see employees talk about how they hate there job and can't wait to leave in front of customers in line. It's never the same people who work there over the past 10 years.. This location treats you like your going to steal stuff. I rater drive to the 210 location or the one by Victoria Gardens or another store.. I only come because I live close by.
