It was okay there was a couple things I didn't like like for example that when you get a transfer you can't transfer to the same bus and you have to buy a bus card with real money

I came to this town due to a Doctor's visit. And I was very disappointed with the buses. There are no printed schedules on the bus. There are no listed stop times at the bus stops. The bus stops are very spaced out and in inconvenient places. The buses only run once an hour (or longer). They pull up haphazardly at their station and do not have assigned places, so you have to walk around looking for your bus. And there is no live customer service number. I'm very very very disappointed with the transit system in Gastonia.

Transit is ok rides were free during covid, however buses ran every hour drivers were asking passenger to put on mask. Inside the building was small and waiting area wasn't big. They close the outlet to charge phones. When you call theres not agent to assist about the bus

Get on the #3 brown line at the health dept. Go to the bus station and call poor mans ride. There is a an x85 bus bitbit leaves Gastonia and doesn't stop until it gets to Charlotte
Go to the transit and get on bus 3
$12 and the transit office
It runs every hour and a half
85X and you have 5:30, 6:15,6:55
They run every hour on the hour Monday through Friday and on Saturdays they run every 2 hours
You can check the 85x Gastonia Express schedule for Charlotte area transit. It's been 500 and 7 though and in certain that it leaves 3 times in the am. Theb there's a 12pm one with greyhound that has wifI, I beleive that it costs 7 dollars, abs it may get to Charlotte sooner. There's also buses starting around 530pm to 7pm. By the time they arrive the transit is closed on the inside for business in Gastonia, but you can still catch them.
Yes. A full fare ride is $1.25. If you have to put in more than $1.25 you will be given a change card that you can use towards your next ride.
