Howrver, your husband will be limited to voting a provisional ballot so the Board of Elections may confirm that no voted mail in ballot was received for this election. If you reqiested, but did not receive a mail in ballot, you will also be limited to voting by provisional ballot because the poll book will indicate a ballot was requested. If you have not requested a mail in ballot, you will be able to vote on the machines in your local polling place.
