Due to COVID-19 we weren’t able to physically meet with Mike, but despite all the chaos happening around us all, Mike did his job thoroughly and skillfully. You should contact a lawyer and ask. Legal issues can be complicated and are not always obvious. In fact, one of the main things attorneys learn in law school is "issue spotting" which is a large part of what is tested on the bar exam. If you're wondering "do I need a lawyer," that means you do.
