This is my personal experience, I had my tonsils removed by Dr Landau. As far as surgery went I’m healing. For the aftercare portion this is the worst I have ever been treated by a medicinal professional. Dr landau was very rude and demeaning because I was having ear pain to where I wasn’t able to sit through a pressure test with my left side and he came in the room noticeably angry and continued on to tell me children let them do the test all the time and that I shouldn’t be having ear pain ( his manner of telling me this was like scolding a child and I’m not a child nor will I be disrespected this way ever again. I could not believe the unprofessionalism I experienced here just by him. The desk clerks were very kind anytime I had called with questions. I should have recorded what happened but it’s to late now and I won’t be returning.
