My daughter lived at the Aspire for her last two years in college. We liked the indoor parking garage and front desk coverage for a feeling of safety and security. The building was well maintained and convenient to school and the train to NYC. When the time came to move out Odette and her staff made the process an easy one! She was very pleasant and did everything to make it convenient for us. Questions and requests were answered very quickly by email and phone.

I work midnights at the St. Peters hospital and decided to upgrade apartments in the New Brunswick area and landed at the Aspire. It’s a quiet, safe place that accommodates all my needs. My unit is completely upgraded, with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and a washer and dryer IN my apt (life saver). It’s a great commute for me too, as a huge plus!

If you are looking for a safe building, I highly recommend the Aspire. My daughter and I have lived here for a year and are pleased with the building’s high standards and safety. She attends school at Highland Park High School, which is less than a 10-minute commute from the apartments. I love the private on-site parking, which makes any commute simple and safe! Train is also close by.

My boyfriend and I lived at the Aspire in New Brunswick for over two years. We lived in a two-bedroom apartment, which was an excellent fit for us, as I work from home, so I used the extra room as an office. The management is fantastic. They keep all amenities pristine for tenants to use. And Rachel, our leasing agent, was so personable and helpful and nice to work with throughout everything over our two-year stay.
