The staff is friendly to me 9 times out of 10. The other 1 time, they're not rude but just seem tired. Staff is always helpful when I can't find something. One time I was just about to get in line (only a handful of items) and the person ahead of me was checking out, with no one else in store. There was one other employee there at the time who left their cleaning station to cash me out at a different register to save me a few extra seconds. Very nice of them, I could have waited, but it was refreshing to see that even at a dollar sore, I can receive 5 star service. That's why I give them 5 stars.
