Honestly came here on accident because my family wanted to see some Blue Bonnetts, but it was a pleasant surprise! For $30.00, we got a charcuterie board with an assortment of meats, cheeses, and nuts, as well as 4 wine samples. The scenery was very nice and homie. It really gives off a camp-like vibe, yet still elegant and classy. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, being quick to give us water, coffee, or explain the menu well. There were also horses and donkies on site that kids can feed. Because there was a car meet going on, there were also tacos and burgers offered, but these were only for the event and not regular offers. Overall a great experience and hoping to reserve a spot here again in the future!

What an amazing place! Great selection of wine and everyone there is so friendly. The owners are very sweet an welcoming- we are so happy that they were serving Sangria at a local festival. After trying the sangria, we knew we had to head to the vineyard. They have donkeys, zebra/donkeys and horses, cows, goats and chickens. Our littles loved feeding them carrots. I was so happy that they had both a big variety of both dry and sweet wines- I can normally only find sweet in this area. If you haven’t tried them out yet, it’s a must see! We’ve gone 2 days in a row and we can’t wait to go back!

I met up with a group of friends here and it was so nice! I had driven past this road so many times and never knew what a beautiful place was down this small gravel road! We sat outside and for June it was very pleasant under the awning. A nice breeze kept coming in. The whole place is very scenic and we really loved the z'donkey and other animals all around. Overall, just an amazing experience!

The setting and staff are awesome!!! The wines are good. I say "good" because our palate leans towards a dryer red. They have a lot of sweeter wines and we ended up enjoying those. Those wines were even considered great to our friends. We enjoyed a fire outside with several VERY reasonable tastings so that we could try a lot of variety. The only disappointing part is that they don't offer wine by the glass and a lot of their bottles aren't available for tasting. All in all, we will go back and share a bottle of what we took a chance on and ended up enjoying!

To protect its staff and customers from COVID-19, the winery has implemented the following precautions: Tables are available by reservation only. Customers who arrive without a reservation will be accommodated if possible. Call 936-436-9050 to reserve. Masks are required unless you are seated at your table. Staff at West Sandy Creek Winery practice social distancing and require guests to do the same. No rearranging tables or chairs from their location. All table reservations are for two hours. Time limits will be enforced to clean and disinfect for the next reservation. Wine will be served is disposable plastic glasses. We sell West Sandy Creek Winery stemless wineglasses, or you may bring your own glassware if you prefer. Most food service items will be disposable. The restrooms in the tasting room are cleaned regularly and available for guest use. Please observe social distancing guidelines.
