They have been pretty fair to me for years now they could careless I've been dealing with supervisors about food stamps since the 9th tell me everything is ok then keep calling the next day saying something else guess my family never get them again since my son working trying to better his self who is still in the home but saving to move out plus bought to start college I pray God puts on them what is everyday struggling family's go through and stamps is the way we feed our kids and now we not done went to the food banks in a week they only help once every two weeks guess dss is ok with kids straveing saying NC doesn't have emergency foodstamps and keep turning me down to get mines and I have d.one everything they ask for.

You can text FOOD to 304304 and complete their questions to find out if you qualify for $150, or you can call Dept of Social Services for your county and complete application on the phone with a representative for full benefit approval. Very easy to do and they do try to help you! Good luck!
I think you may need to qualify for Medicare, but I'm not entirely sure. You can certainly call and ask them, though.
Humane society takes them to Asheville to be fixed and returns them to you after. You drop off and pick up with them but must schedule. I dont think they will declaw for you as they consider it an inhumane process to do.
