So far it’s been a good experience. I have only been twice but the dentist we saw (Dr Nguyen) was good and I am glad he’s there. My whole family have seen him now - he explains things very well and makes sure to answer all questions. The back staff (hygienist, dental assistants, etc) have been great - really worked well with our 4 year old for her initial visit. No plans to change dentists at this time.

The overall customer service has been great here! Brought my 1yr old and 3yr old and they were so good. My husband and I decided to come here for a clean and we love it! Super sweet and they explain everything so good. Would definitely recommend for a family looking for a dentist.

I had a great experience at Shine Dental in Mont Belvieu. I needed a dentist in the area, I definitely made the right decision. Dr Wynn and Dr Dinh we’re kind, polite, soft handed, professional in explaining each procedure! The Ladies in the office were great! I dealt with Sarah up front and she was helpful, informative, with a delightful smile! Alyssa assisted Dr Dinh with the implant procedure. Once again I wasn’t disappointed. Her kind, calming presences radiated through her beautiful eyes. I highly recommend Shine Dental in Mont Belvieu.

Best experience we have ever had at a dentist. All staff was helpful and courteous. The Dr. was very informative and comforting and did not hesitate to tell us what she was doing and what the next step was. There was only a 5 minute wait time in the waiting room. Excellent service!
