Dr Etheridge is a great Dr. , but she has surrounded herself with an incompetent staff who loses my only copy of an accident report. The only office in America that can lose my only copy after I'm seeing her for brain issues after car accidents Common sense is non existent as the staff is terrible. Such a great Dr surrounded by the worst office staff in the world. May be an understatement. I've never dealt with Idk type attitude nice as pie to ur face. 3 girls just gathered in thr office talking while they lose my only paperwork. Ty smh.

I had to wait two hours and didn’t even get seen by a doctor. I asked the front desk if I should reschedule and she said I was going to be seen soon. How is this OK? I will not be going to this place ever again.
