Ordering online is so frustrating. I have two items that will not ship for another month however for the past two months they have charged me until it doesn’t process cause it’s not shipped yet and then they will re charge it again. So for the past two months there has been a hold on my account for $700.00 this is stealing! Ive never seen a company do this. Hold my money before shipping my items. Just ridiculous! Pretty soon i will report this to the credit business bureau.

The store itself deserves more stars, but with how frustrating the customer service and delivery service has been over the last 2 weeks, they only get 1 star from me. First, customer service canceled my order 10 minutes after placing it, yet they couldn't tell me why. Then I reordered everything, it was showing in stock and delivery available for 2 weeks, only to get an email a week later that said I will not receive my product for another 9 months. Their customer service for deliveries has no phone number, they use email only, so it takes days to get a clear answer or response. The store is not willing to make a phone purchase for furniture, knowing i drove from 3 hours away to make the original purchase that they canceled! I have had to buy my nursery furniture now 3 separate times, and still don't know when or if it will even come. Not a good start for a first time customer. I miss Babies R Us.

Went to return a travel system recieved at my shower that I didn't need. Fully aware it was going to be a gift card/store credit. When they were processing the total it was taking off $51 dollars. When asked about it they said they take 20% from the purchase price for not having the receipt for a gifted item......then we decided to walk the store to get some items we needed. Couldn't find the breast pump I was looking for. Went to the register to see if they could order it online for me since Victoria's Secret does that, the lady tried but apparently the store computer couldn't handle that and there were none in stock within a 50 mile radius. Then the one thing we did decide to buy today was ringing up more than it said on the shelf.....by $10. When I asked about it it was apparently the only one that was priced that high because it was "Disney". Didn't shop here with my first and now I know why. You'll find everything you need elsewhere and for cheaper and not be ripped off for a return.
