I’ve been to Bounce a few times over the years and never had any complaints until today. I didn’t realize socks were required (I guess every time we’ve been in the past it was cold weather so my kids happened to have socks on). The manager/owner yelled at my kids rather than just asking me if the sockless children were mine - why did anyone need to be yelled at, much less a 5 and 6 year old? I understand it’s a rule, but her approach was pretty shocking. She proceeded to get upset with another mom whose baby was touching the blow up equipment because she “didn’t pay” for that child’s ticket. Just seemed like two pretty minor situations that could’ve been handled better.

It's one big room, it's not like they have a private area for you & your grandson, or anyone else... They have the open play when there isn't anything booked for a party. This happens random Saturdays on occasion, you need to call or watch them on FB for updates.
Hello Arielle, We have an outside food fee of $50.00. Our packages do include pizza and drinks for the kids and you can always add pizza for adults.We do allow fruit and veggie trays and chips.
There are different packages, I think their website has all the options on it so you can look.abd decide before you book
