I don't like to be negative so I'll start off by saying the people that work here are nice but why is your branch still closed and by appointment only? Does Covid not spread if you made an appointment first? It's May 27 2021. Everything else is open. Bars, Schools, Pools.. everything. The governor has lifted the mask mandate. People that want the vaccine have had ample time to get one. Because the lobby is closed I've sat in the drive through line several times over 30 mins waiting to be helped. Today I needed to close one of my accounts and despite several attempts could not get through on the phone to talk to anyone at the branch to make an appointment. What kind of service is this???

This is the first time banking with US BANK . We only been with US BANK for a couple of months .Everything seemed to be fine. Don't care for the statements the dates are off .The dates jump around when balancing the check book . When we went on vacation during Thanksgiving week .We stopped and got gas put in $22.00. continued on our trip. We only used our ATM for gas. When we got home we were balancing the check book all receipts were in and we were $500 off . We went to the bank got a statement .there was a charge in Maine at the same time we were in Winnemucca for$500 .you would think US BANK would catch that and notify us. Now I'm talking to the fraud dept about this situation .BEWARE watch your statements. We never had this problem with the other banks we have used. Were planning on swiching banks .

Third party account sharing lets you designate someone to access your accounts for the purpose of sharing data with another third party, like an accountant, or an online accounting application. They have view-only access to accounts you designate, and as always, you maintain full control over data shared by your third party delegate in the My Controls tab in online banking.
If you revoke access by mistake or change your mind later, you can re-enable access by visiting the third-party website or app in which you previously shared your data.
Many third parties use service providers to assist in collecting your account information from various financial institutions. To make sure you understand who you've authorized to receive your account information, we provide the name of the third party and the service provider it uses to collect your data.
You can manage your sharing preferences on the My Controls tab within your U.S. Bank online or mobile session. You'll see a list of third parties that have access to your financial data through the secure connection. In most cases, you'll see a list of the specific data elements that you're sharing. If you revoke access, the third party will no longer have ongoing access to your account information through the secure connection. However, they may still be able to retain and use the data that you previously shared.
