Took someone there yesterday due to swollen feet and legs and the patient has a history of PAD. He saw a NP not his regular physician. Blood work was ordered. I pulled up the results in his MyChart acct today. NP noted his B-12 was low however didn’t note his white blood cell count and neutrophils absolute we’re high which indicated an infection. Of course it’s Friday and the office is now closed so we will have to wait until Monday to speak with them. NP was Britany Joyce. Total incompetence!!!!!!
