On Saturday's the doctor and staff work out of the pediatric center. This place is only out for your money and insurance.They tryed to upsale me and recommend i need more then one pair of glasses. The eye doctor (Asian Lady) was extremely pleasant at first. Soon after i was able to tell that it was a show. She made no eye contact, wasn't listening, and couldn't care less. She literally passed me along to a young attractive salesperson in hopes I'd be mesmerized and hand over my wallet. I have worn glasses for several years and only need i pair for my vision needs. Im disappointed ! This place is so close to my address.

I got a call & an email a couple days ago to confirm my daughter’s appointment. Today when we went in I was told doctor PATEL wasn’t going to be in for the day & I should have received a call from the call center. They didn’t bother to notify me!! So I missed a day of work, & my daughter missed a day of school for nothing!! The medical assistant tried calling the supervisor a couple times, but she didn’t even bother to pick up the phone!! How rude & unprofessional!! Before I left I was asked if I wanted to RESCHEDULE my appointment!! HA!!!!!! We are NEVER wasting our time here again!! I used to bring my 3 kids here!! We will be doing business elsewhere!!

Incompetence. Incoherence. Ignorance. Idiocy. Incapability. There has been no worse experience at any doctor/dentist of any sort. Incompetent desk women who will sit there and take you as a joke. Incoherency throughout the office. The doctor basically disregarded everything I said about my contacts and has given me bad contacts for months in a row. Ever since I began here, I’ve had more problems with my contacts and eyes in general than ever before. Most definitely switching doctors, as well as demanding a refund on these monthly contacts that have broken on me 4 times now! They come with only 6, but 4 times they have just broken during removal, all in my right eye. It’s incredibly funny how I asked for daily contacts, but this doctor disregarded my request only to give me these monthlies that continue to break. Terrible overall experience and I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go to this doctor.

Doctor I saw was Veronica Ramsarat she is very good (she left the office) my issue is that this is the …Second time with not getting my contacts…for the second time the order was not placed! Here I am a month later with no contacts (I don’t wear glasses) called the office 3 x to complain they said they will take care of it I will also get a call back they never called back! I went in person and asked for my money back I have to now wait to get a check by mail…I called the office I have been having pain on one of my eyes I wore an old contact lense might of caught an infection they said they don’t have emergency appointment! This office does not care about their patients at all!
