Ive ordered a few small builder parts over the past few years for my CJ projects and they have been exactly what I expected. No drama. Also called and tried to speak about shipping them my jeep for some suspension/driveline work above my level and I was immediately put on the phone with the owner Trevor who was a wicked nice guy. He proceeded to very politely tell me he wasnt interested in what I had in mind, but he still talked jeeps with me for 10 mins at the end of the day. Highly recommend these guys.

Continued from Jesse Seibert's Review (Part 3/3) If you are an owner of WFO and you managed to read this review in its entirety, I hope this 1 star review and a VERY dissatisfied customer was worth the $22. If I would have gotten the full refund I asked for, I would have never written a review at all. Like I said, I understand that mistakes happen so I can swallow the fact that I was shipped the wrong part, experienced severe delays in my project because of it, and was ultimately unable to make the trip that I spent so much time and money trying to get ready for. What I can't quite wrap my head around is the fact that the owner of a company made the conscious decision to not provide a customer a full refund in this sort of situation. You should take a note out of Jeff Bezos's book because at least Amazon gave me a full refund for sending me the wrong ball joints without much hassel to me. They didn't charge me some "restocking fee" because the one ball joint I pressed in had marks on it, which it did. Also, I'll be sure to share my WFO experience with all my off-roading friends. We like to wheel hard, so we're always breaking parts and building our rigs back stronger. Even after all the trouble caused by being sent the wrong part, I still would have recommended WFO to them for custom parts because I can tell the one WFO knuckle on my jeep is high quality. However, now I'll be sure they know it would be a good idea to take their business elsewhere. If you want to talk to me about my review, feel free to ask John for my number. I'd be glad to chat.

In a nutshell, I was sent the wrong part for a time-sensitive project, returned the part to WFO, and was not provided a full refund. If you care to know the details about my experience, continue reading below. The rest of this review is more for the owners of this company than anyone else. I hope this was all worth the $22. Full disclosure, my full review exceeds the character limit, so I will be posting parts 2 and 3 of my full review through a friend's accounts. One account is Emily Aqueriza, and the other account is Emily Abernathy. I originally ordered two new flat top knuckles for my dana 44 from WFO, which arrived just fine and the parts were correct. However, the ball joints that amazon sent me were not correct and I did not realize it until I had already pressed a lower ball joint into one of the knuckles. The ball joint was slightly too big, so when I finally got the right ball joints the lower ball joint did not fit the knuckle right. I was already on a time crunch for this project, and the ball joints cost me about a week of time in the end. I called up WFO again and ordered a new DRIVER SIDE knuckle and paid the extra for the 2-3 day shipping. I say DRIVER SIDE in all caps because I remember standing in my garage looking at the front end of my jeep with the passenger side knuckle on the axle and nothing on the driver side while ordering the part to make sure I was ordering the correct part. I don't like using "right and left" to describe the side of a vehicle since your perception of right and left changes depending which way you look at the vehicle. Driver side and passenger side can never change, unless you're working on a European car..... Anyways, my new knuckle arrives, I press in the ball joints, and go to put it on my axle when I realize I was sent a passenger side knuckle..... I bet you could imagine all the choice words that were being shouted in my garage after that. It was probably a good thing that I made this realization on a Friday night and was unable to get ahold of anyone at WFO until Monday morning so I had a chance to chill out. When I called WFO back, I calmly explained the situation and requested that they overnight me a driver side knuckle and refund me for the shipping costs since I paid quite a bit for that 2-3 day shipping. I figured this was only fair since they sent me the wrong part and I had just lost out on another weekend of being able to make any progress on my front end. It sounded like WFO would have been willing to do that, except they were out of stock of driver side knuckles and could not get anymore. At this point, I started shopping around elsewhere and was able to find the knuckle in stock from Sky Manufacturing, so I placed the order with Sky and called WFO back to request a full refund for the knuckle and my shipping which was $302.82 total. They agreed to the refund and asked that I send the knuckle back with the UPS shipping label they provided. I pressed my ball joints back out, boxed it up, and sent it back. The knuckle was still in good condition and usable since the correct ball joints were pressed into it this time, but there were some spline marks in the knuckle now from the ball joints which shouldn't have been a big deal since I knew WFO also sells knuckles with ball joints already installed in them. About a week later, I saw a refund on my card from WFO for $197.99.....so ummm, yea, not quite the full refund I was promised. I called WFO back today about the refund, and apparently it was not originally communicated that I was supposed to be refunded for the shipping costs as well. In addition to not being refunded the shipping costs, they also charged me a 10% restocking fee because the ball joints left spline marks.....
