Prices are cheaper than chain pet stores. A huge perk is the cats that walk around the shop. They have animals like rabbits, guinea pigs, fish, and birds. They all look happy and healthy. The store as a whole is clean and full of friendly employees, only had good experiences there.

We sell rabbits throughout the year. There are times when our supply is low, but we usually have some in stock
I personally have not seen them when i drop by but i have seen like hamsters or something similar
Adoption days are with a rescue. They don't actually have dogs in store to adopt
No. You would need to take the hamster to a vet for teeth trimming if necessary.
We sanitize touchpoints (counter, door handles, credit card terminal) every hour, floor is mopped daily with a covid effective disinfectant, we require masks on customers and employees, we require daily temp checks on employees, and we practice and enforce social distancing. We also non-contact shopping options such as home delivery and curbside pick up

They do! And they are very helpful. My son gets everything for his fish tank from them, he also gets advise from them. He lost 2 at the beginning but it's been over 6 months and I'm impressed at how good it's going! He is 19 so I thought for sure he would give up but thanks to their guidance he is doing great!
