Until today, I had good experiences with this company. We constantly buy products from Fazzio but today I had to cancel a crushed concrete delivery already in process due to unforseen circumstances. I was going to ask for a later delivery. I understand that it is a frustrating situation, however to be told to look for another company because they weren't going to deliver it if we ended up needing it and get hung up on is unacceptable. We've been loyal customers for years and this was extremely unprofessional. There are definitely other ways to handle these situations. UPDATE: I am pleasantly surprised as to how the manager handled the situation. I received a phone call from the manager apologizing about what happened. I didn't even expect to hear back from them at all. We will definitely continue doing business with Fazzio. Hiccups in business happen. We really appreciate the call back
