I had the pleasure and an amazing experience at Mill Town Home Depot with Ron and Barbara. I was looking for Vynal Windows for about a month... everywhere I go the price is high and the waiting is more than 4 months for delivery. Ron and Barbara sat down with me and found a solution.. I got free delivery 30% discount for 4 windows and it only takes 2 weeks. Let me tell you these people went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Ron and Barbara - these are amazing people.

You say you purchased an item from home Depot to be delivered by UPS w/a tracking number. If your tracking number shows ups never took possession then call home Depot customer service. If your tracking number proves UPS picked up the package, your issue is with UPS exclusively, I would think.
Quite frankly it depends on your dog... if it's a small one that can remain in a cart and not bark and draw attention then yes you can take him.. I've done it maybe a 100 times .. if hes large and hes gonna be making a fuss and you cannot control him, then I would not attempt it.. Good Luck

There are plastic dividers up, masks are required, no temperature checks (none that I could see); as far as disinfecting between customers, didn't see that (not to say that it doesn't happen ever, but not that I saw in my short while there). It wasn't super crowded on my last visit, thankfully, but some people still don't keep a safe enough distance, regardless of how much space there is all around. That was more the exception than the rule, though, and the lack of space was mostly with people passing by absent-mindedly up/down the same aisle. There's always curb- side pickup and/or home delivery, if being in-store feels too nerve-wracking, though. Hope this answers your question. Best of hopes!

The hood prices range in differences due to make and model. Higher quality hoods from more reliable brands with better abilities and attributes will always cost more. And vice versa.
