Let me start by saying I am new to the area and a first time customer at Shoreline HD Sometimes things are not cut and dry . Had my ultra ltd in for service for what was a simple fix so we thought. After waiting a week for the part it was wrong then after waiting another week the part came in correctly. The repair was done without a problem . While cleaning my bike it was noticed one of my passing lights was out , both passing lights were relamped at no charge as a way of saying sorry for the time they had my bike . Who does this anymore? I am happy to say I found my new HD dealership and strongly suggest if you are in need of HD service you give Shoreline a call .

If I could give them zero stars I would! My father and I enrolled in the beginner rider course this summer. My dad has 10 years riding experience, and the instructors are not only condescending and have the “I’m better than you” attitude but they do not provide constructive criticism. Most of it is yelling and making everybody nervous! The day 1 of the class, they spent most of it trying to market Harley Davidson products and bikes. They don’t teach fundamentals. I’ve taken one on one lessons and learned really well on a Kawasaki 250. Took the HD class they put us on a 500cc, with a lot of pressure to get it right. A lot of students also complain that the two instructors say two different things which is absolutely true. Course is beyond stressful and confusing and I would recommend heavily against it. Get your own small started bike, learn yourself or with a one on one lesson! You will do better without it. While taking one on one classes on a Kawasaki 250, I was confident that one day I would be on motorcycles but after taking Harley Davidson right after those courses one on one, it’s incredibly discouraging. This is not the right way to begin your riding experience. If you’ve been riding a couple years and need a license, the HD course is fine for you. If you’ve never been on a motorcycle, avoid it like the plague. Waste of money. Two out of ten ppl dropped out already, and many others are turned off the the idea of a motorcycle.
