I sent 7 parcels from the USA to Poland. I moved to Poland. Unfortunately, the company treated my parcels very badly, many valuable items were completely destroyed, despite the professional packaging. The customer is obliged to secure the items inside the package in such a way that they can safely pass the journey, besides, the customer sends his belongings at his own risk and the company does not feel responsible for the damage caused to me. They will not cover any damages, because that's what their regulations state! How is it possible? I have paid a dime for the shipment and the damage exceeds the cost of the shipment!

Polish You pay such a lot of money and the package was in the container for a month until it was sent to Poland. This is unacceptable and I would have delivered a sailboat package sooner. English You pay lots of money to send packages and my package ended up sitting in the shipping container for a month before it was even sent to Poland. This is unacceptable and I could deliver this package faster on a sailboat.
