Never again. I brought my GSD to Harmony Animal Hospital in an emergency. The vet who assisted us made me feel like I brought him in for practically no reason, whereas the woman on the phone prior, told me to bring him in asap for a possible obstruction. The vet was rude and cold while I'm sitting there desperately seeking help for my dog. No tests, nothing. After the vet sent me home, I had to take him to Newton Hospital due to the fact that Crown was packed. From then on it has been an absolute nightmare for my dog and his treatment could have started a whole day sooner. I would never bring an animal back here. Please ADVOCATE for your pets and do not let a vet send you home without proper tests and treatment.

I have had two emergencies with two dogs in the past year. Both in the middle of the night. Dr. Otto and Vet Tech Ashley were amazing. My husband and I did not have anyone to watch our three year old daughter while our dog was actively dying so unfortunately she had to come with us. I know it wasn’t the optimal situation but I have never been so thankful for the empathy and the compassion. They both took turns helping us with our daughter while also euthanizing our beloved pet. Dr. Otto stood in the rain watching our child in the car while we could say our last goodbye. Ashley was pivotal in helping us stay sane with the situation we were in. I ugly cried in these poor women's arms and I will be forever grateful for their compassion and their ability to go above and beyond. Beautiful humans doing a wonderful job. Thank you for your kindness.

Incredibly sad. My son's 4 year old shepherd went in to a simple surgery, to be neutered and he passed away that evening. He was a gentle giant and the father of my female Daisy. Although I do not have proof, I believe he was over medicated. If you are given sedation and and anti-anxiety medication it can be too much. All I know is that you cannot bring him back. And he was only four years old.
