I wish I could give a better review. Asia was awesome and was assisting me just fine with my order and then a very rude person named margarita. I'm assuming who is the manager came to assist. Was very rude, didn't know what she was talking about. Told me I would get free drinks for reviewing and then got upset and charged me for it because I mentioned i would've done it for free. Kinda odd. She came out telling me don't get upset and argue but it will be 8 mins until your order is ready. I laughed because I don't mind a wait and didn't mention anything about a wait. I mean I'm ordering food, I assume there will be a wait. Anywho nasty, unprofessional and ghetto manager. Will not be coming back to this location. I will be praying for Her though. It's sad that She feels the need to try and start problems with others. Especially Her customers! This is a place of business. She also thought my name was administration lol. Not making fun but that's an occupation. One last thing, manager and employees clothes were dirty. I'm not sure they are required to practice proper hygiene. All around awful service except for Asia, who again was very pleasant. I have notified the health department

I’m normally very understanding and patient but this is the second time I have a bad experience at this location. I was in line for 30 minutes and once it was my turn to order the person would just walk away without saying anything I guess he was off so then comes one of the managers and I tell him what I want again and same thing happens. I guess they needed to make a shift change but didn’t even communicate to me about it just completely ignored me. Not only were they slow but their shift manager told everyone to just not come from 4-5 because we would have to wait. Very unprofessional this place needs a visit from corporate.

I have been to this location numerous times and each time I am so impressed with how friendly and attentive all employees are and how clean it is. Today Arthur went above and beyond to assist customers by serving and assisting a customer with a broken foot at her car and by hurrying to open and hold the door for a customer carrying their baby. I usually never have to wait long to order and the food is always hot and delicious. The staff here are doing an excellent job.

I’m Amanda & I’m A Area Manager for McDonald’s here in Fresno. I went to visit Popeyes today for the first time because my kids never had it nor did I. So, the closest location which is by my office near Kings Canyon rd, the line was extremely long & the manager Bree was extremely impatient with me & basically told me to screw my self. I went to the location along with my kids around 7:45-8pm. So I drove off without even paying because I was upset & drove to McKinley location & the lobby was so full!!! But, once the manager Darbell came back inside from I believe his break, EVERY CUSTOMER WAS GONE AND SATISFIED WITHIN 10 MINUTES!! Including me, when I ordered a 25 piece to feed my family! This location is running perfectly!! This team is what should represent Popeyes as a whole!! Freshness of the food was even amazing!! I even referred customers to come back there after it was over ! And the order taker was just AMAZING AND POLITE!! The communication was amazing within the workplace!! Everyone was in uniform and place was clean!! If I could move this whole store to McDonald’s and represent I would!! I want to give more than 5 stars but it won’t let me!! Dang it!!
