When you can actually be seen care is ok. However 3 years in a row my appt. was changed. This year’s annual check was canceled unbeknownst to me. Saw that on my medical profile & called made a different day. Now I was called to change it again. So now I’m looking for a different Dr. Not just a PA which is who you see at Pinehurst Medical Dermatology 👎 therefore the rating

Made an apt 6 months in advance, waited over an hr in the waiting room. Finally, asked to be rescheduled because I couldnt wait an longer and the soonest I could be seen was another 3 months after a mistake the receptionist made with checking me in

Biggest complaint about this place is when they call you it shows up as general phone number and not the actual Drs office who is calling. When you have several Doctors sharing the same complex. Which is aggravating especially when you have endocrine and heart and lung Dr sharing the same building. And automated messages are aweful
