Store was supposed to be open and it wasn't but someone was inside and wouldn't even answer the phone either to explain it was a waist of time going there with my grandchildren was going to buy them jerseys and hats but not going back--- if you can't open for your posted hours at least put a note on the front door Beaufort S.C. store

Never spending money here again...my husband and I walked in Re Re, another female employee and a male..were standing around doing nothing, didn't greet us nor did they speak back when I said hello. We stood in kids section waiting for help watching the 3 of them jus look at us...my husband had to walk to the register and ask them for the size we needed for pur son. If it were up to me I would've left but we have a plane to catch and don't have time to shop around. This was my second time here last time I had the same experience. Hire a whole new staff I'll never shop here again if this is howbyal treat customers. Th ey made me feel as if I was annoying them. Didn't feel welcomed and they didn't hav decency to even speak.

We went for football kleets. There were maybe 4 younger individuals standing at front desk, not one said a word upon us walking in. There was maybe 2 other customers in the store. We looked at different sport shoes for roughly 10min, not one of those 4 individuals asked if we needed help or anything. I finally sent my son to ask one of the teens all leaning on front desk just chatting away. Only then did someone come over to offer assistance. Although this gentleman was polite and helpful. I am a bit disappointed with the customer experience/ service on this visit. 😕

The sales experience in the past has been ho-hum. But not today! Myasia was superior 🥰 she was extremely helpful had a great personality and went above and beyond. Definitely somebody you want to keep on your team... Heck she might be leading your team soon!
