They are still closed and you cannot call them. You have to get out of your car and find the correct paperwork to fill out then bring it back and put it in the box that is labeled. I really don't know why they have people working in there when you do everything yourself and on the internet. It seems to waste of revenue.

They really need a WHOLE NEW STAFF!!! This is beyond ridiculous. How can you call an OFFICE for 3 business days straight and NEVERRRRRRRRRR get an answer! Idk what's going on with my case and can't get anyone on the phone to tell me. My kid needs his benefits but yet these lazy slack behind social workers won't even pick up the phone. Smh ATP I'm wondering if something else could be done other than a bad review.

I've been having the same problem I renewed mine in may turn in all my paperwork and I still haven't received a notice through the mail and I did not get my July benefits what's going on
