Ordered a 5.5lbs boneless prime rib and a 14lbs ham (for the people who won't eat rare meat) for Easter dinner and they were a huge hit. Everyone wanted to know where I got them. Prime rib is prime rib, so everyone complimented it but no one was surprised at how good it was and it was GREAT. The ham though... "Best ham I have ever had was said more than once." I would like to think some of that credit goes to my glaze or cooking skills but, realistically, it was just a high quality, juicy ham at an excellent price. This was my first visit to BND and I have found MY meat market. I will certainly be getting most of my meat from there and can't wait to try his other products.
