It's always a 5-star experience for my Shih Tzu Helen, a rescue with a terrible background of sickness and abandonment on the side of a road in NC. Helen first began seeing Jenna in the summer of 2021 with brief appointments, aka "mini-grooms" in order to get used to being handled. Over a period of several months Helen was able to tolerate a full groom and today is doing very well with Jenna and the staff. Their work is impeccable, and each time Helen is fully groomed she looks and feels like a million bucks. We would not go anywhere else.
