I was wow with Pet Paradise. I never expected to get anything extra. But I needed some help for my 8 month old puppy. I needed to have a late pick up time (within one hour) because I needed to work two days from home. Pet Paradise said no. I guess being a loyal customer is not working here. Bye Pet Paradise.

I took my dog for grooming yesterday, & explicitly said Do NOT touch my dogs ears. As a matter of fact, I said, “ only Trim her eyebrows.” I know they recorded the conversation. I told them my dog was scabbed at Petsmart and they turn around and don’t respect my request. The grooming is a lil uneven in places 🤦🏾‍♀️. I’m call tomorrow because I didn’t asked for anything out of the ordinary and this is quite ridiculous. The staff are nice but that doesn’t weigh out when your requests are disregarded.

My super anxious pup stayed here for 8 days and had the best time! We got daily report cards with photos to put our minds at ease and they were very accommodating with after hours drop off and pick up. We will definitely be using them again for our future vacations.
