We are very thankful to have the opportunity to rent this house from Mia Madison this summer. It was a short notice move, and they made the move seemless. Henry is very responsive to issues. Ashley, with the maintenance team, is also responsive to any needs. Jimmo is personable and we really appreciate every time he comes over to help us out. It is our first house, so we appreciate him and the rest of the team taking each of our concerns seriously. I recommend anyone moving to Savannah to check out this company for any possible property availabilities.

Absolutely amazing staff. Whenever I have an issue (which isn't often) with anything in the apartment the matience man is always there the same day. The office manager Brandy is outstanding, she's Patient, down to earth, understanding, helpful, and resourceful. Definitely recommend

Mia Madison was our very first leasing agency in Savannah & ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE! Brandy was more than helpful multiple times , we would been at this property 2 more years but unfortunately our lease was transferred to Palm property( please stay away from them!) . Communication was easy through text which I prefer & when we had a small financial issue they was more than helpful to avoid court and Serena & Wayne appreciate that. If your looking for a great experience please consider them .
