Since I have been kicked out I no longer care. The people are there rude they think they better than anyone anyone else. The water they fish out of is disgusting.. and yeah if you want your kids around a bunch of drunks then yeah it's an awesome place for kids I went there just the other day a man and a shed sleeping with his foot hanging out I guarantee he was drunk. I can continue but I won't.

Very nice place, people are great and the night life is amazing. Only thing i would say is that they need to work on the pool its nice but it would be great if someone took the time to clean it up a little bit. But dont let that stop you from enjoying it tho. It really is an amazing spot to take the fam for the weekend or a week out.

Nice place with super-nice folks! Just went to visit a friend who recently bought a camper there. Can hardly wait to bring the hubby for fishing in the stocked lake and enjoy visiting again!

Winter 2020 through summer 2021 I live in an off-grid camper, so I was placed in an area which doesn't have hookups, and is normally reserved for seasonal tent camping. Turns out that every time it rains heavily, it floods and apparently the stocked pond overflow drains to that location, as well. I was out of town for a weekend and when I came back found out that my camper had been sitting in water WELL ABOVE the wheel wells that entire time. Found out a few residents had notified the owners, but nobody called me so I could have someone move it. The floor is completely ruined now and it took me days to clean all the nasty water and bugs out. I had thought the owners were nice people up until then.

Due to allowing minnows for bait and birds eating from wildcat creek, yes there are some carp in the lake.

Monthly are 375+ Seasonal are 1200
Under 7 is free, 7-15 is $4 for 4 hour pass and $6 for 8 hour pass
I believe first year for seasonal is $1150. That is in the regular campsites April 1st - October 31st. There are however, about 6 sites that you can rent by the month and that is year round where people live.
They stock on every other Thursday during camping season.
You would have to give them a call. I don't know if they have openings for that weekend.
There is a cost to fish if not camping. If camping it is free if not keeping the catfish. If you want to keep the catfish it will cost either way but not as much as a fishing licence and it is stocked every 2 weeks.
Have caught several largemouth, but it is primarily catfish.
All current pricing is listed on their website, as well as rules, times, and special events
