I started off completely in love until today! A few weeks ago we did a no call no show and was more than willing to pay the cancellation fee however that was not even an option! The employer said that he spoke with a manager and the manager said that they will no longer do services with my dog. When I asked to speak to the manager he didn’t say the manager was unavailable and that he didn’t know when she would be. (Mind you he just spoke with her Supposedly) my dog has been coming here for about a year and never had a no show up until a few weeks ago.. the staff handled A possible misunderstanding completely wrong… I am very upset and will be reaching out to corporate about this inconvenience
