Brose is one of the WORST places you could ever work at. Plant manager is completely clueless (Jeff). Production manager is very rude (Sadie). HR manager is extremely rude and disrespectful (Gloria). These people literally work you to DEATH. Their FIRST principles stand for FAMILY and they do not care about us or our FAMILIES. We haven’t got a raise at all. They have horrible machine men that can’t fix anything and because of this they make us work to 6:30. A lot of us have children and other responsibilities that we have to handle. When we signed up for this job we signed up for 7:30 to 5:30 not to 6:30. They will reject your vacation days. Also if you have COVID they will not pay you at all and they don’t check up on their works that have COVID. If you say you have a emergency and you have to leave they call it job abandonment and they will fire you. Sadie the production manager is running this place in the GROUND. The Line Champions are completely rude and LAZY! Every last one of them. The only positive thing I have to say about Brose is the Supervisor’s Chris, Kevin, Eric, Leanne and Martisha are great. They are hard workers and are always will to HELP.

They're more than likely going to lose their contract with BMW soon. They are in "Critical Condition". Alot of employees have walked out, including myself, due to unfair treatment and bad company practices. They're making a last ditch attempt to revamp some of the Supervisor/Management positions to save themselves...... I was hired on in less than 60 days, alas, I suffered at the hands of the 3rd Shift Supervisor, Maurice Miller. I subsequently quit due to this, and am happier and more involved with my current employer, whom is already impressed with my work ethic, I'll be hired on soon at Plastic Omnium..... (free advertisement) Booyahhh!!!!

$13.50 an hour for 1st shift, and $1.00 shift premium added for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Although, you'll make the same amount per hour once you're hired on...... who does that? Lol
They say 8 hour shifts, although it's been frequent mandatory report to work 2-4 hours earlier than your normal scheduled shift.....
Resource MFG is a joke . They say five days but You work everyday.
