I recently rented a car at the Montgomery Ave location in Savannah, GA. There was a hurricane making its way across Florida and we weren't sure how it was going to affect our plans. Miles patiently talked us through what to do in several scenarios. I ended up returning the car a full day early, and I worked with Miles again. There were several people waiting and he quickly and politely helped each and every one of us, and even took the day off of our charge without my even having to ask. My car was clean and ready to go which was nice, but the people make the company, and it was great working with Miles!

The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 star is because of my good experience here the first time. My latest experience was horrible though. Reserved a car to be picked up around 10am. Received a call saying the car would be 45min late. An hour went by and no one contacted me. After 10 attempts, finally someone picked up my call at 11:15 and told me they had no idea when the car would arrive. I asked if 12pm would be an optimistic estimation. They said 12pm was not possible and made no effort to put me on another car or help me look for any alternatives. I understand things happen but it is a big disrespect for my time when you know the 45min estimation you gave initially was not accurate but fail to inform me and instead leave me hanging waiting for the call.
