September 21, 2022 On Wednesday September 7, 2022, I, Michael Gregg-Wilson, returned my 2019 Volkswagen Jetta SEL Premium, to Freedom Honda of Sumter for routine scheduled maintenance after its purchase in December of 2021. Since 2020 I’ve purchased after trade-in four different vehicles from Freedom Honda of Sumter. Sales Consultant, Alywin (Duke) Singleton was my sales person as well as Ambassador for the outstanding Services, Personnel and Departments that make-up the Freedom Honda of Sumter Dealership aka Family. As a USAF Veteran, Retiree and Gig worker, I am quite meticulous in my demands for options, reliability, serviceability, maintenance, comfort, cost and interest rate. In each of the desired requirements identified above and more, Freedom Honda of Sumter, earns a 5 star + rating in large part due to the skill and coordination of Mr. Singleton or Duke as he prefers to be called. As stated earlier Duke has been the sales consultant for the four purchases I’ve made over the last nearly 3 years. He has initiated and followed through on conveying my desires absent my presence, to General Sales Manager Beauford Coulter, Sales Manager Colby Sturdivant and Business Manager Theresa Radcliffe in ensuring that I received the best trade-in and financial interest rates possible which were from 0.0% low to 5.25% highest on my most recent purchase on 17 September, 2022. Likewise my experience with the Service Department has been nothing less than 5 star stellar. Members of the Service Department such as Operations Manager Chris Weber, Service Consultant Andrew Allen, Service Advisor Abby Lodes and Bobbie Brabham now in Parts Department, have been exceeding outstanding, professional, courteous, respectful and informative in my interactions with them over the past years. Over the years I’ve made more than a few drop-ins for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance problems or inquires about OEM parts. The above named individuals have worked diligently without hesitation or reservation to resolve any and all problem or inquires presented to them at the lowest possible cost, no cost, recommending the best alternatives or seeking the advice of a Subject Matter Expert. All in an effort to save me Time, Money and Frustration! In presenting this testimonial, I would like to conclude in closing that this testimonial has not been written with the intent to disparage or demean any other dealerships within Sumter, the state of South Carolina or this Nation, however it is a mostly anecdotal accounting of my personal experience with a Dealership/Organization/Family, that thus far at my 66 years of age, 51 years of driving and 46 years since I purchased my first car, the best overall experience I've had yet in purchasing a vehicle.
