This place customer service is horrible. They do what they want for who they want. Looking for a new Dr!! Have to wait an additional 45 minutes to be seen even after the given appointment. Then theu want you to be on time to just sit in the lobby!!! Getting more slack by the visits...uugghhhh miss Hillcrest!!! They were so much better!!

Wait time is about 40-50 mins. But if you're 15 mins late they make you reschedule.

I went into the office to fill out new patient paperwork for my daughter now they saying it’s lost & want me to come back in again I just feel this was very unprofessional & I shouldn’t have to keep coming to fill out paperwork I done completed so needless to say my daughter has not seen a doctor yet I thought because the Summerville location was nice & professional this location would be the same

I wish I could rate them 0 stars. So unorganized and unprofessional. They lost paperwork I gave them to fill out for my child's school and then dismissed her when I complained. I will never allow my children go there again...
