Called this company on 7/22 to fix my ac system that wasn't working. Technician serviced and added freon without even letting me know the issue. Asked me to pay 501.00 for this in cash, but I told him I only had a card. He would take a card, so I was to pay in the office the next business day. That same evening my air went out with the same issue. I called and the guy showed back up telling me that I needed to move the air return and that was the issue...I refused. He also said he would come back with a supervisor, which never happened. Today is 8/2 and my wife had enough of it going out so she called to see if the guy was going to come out like he promised. We were met with the most disrespectful and unprofessional folks I have ever dealt with. They refused to come out until 501 was paid for something that was never fixed. Told me that they couldn't help if I was huffing freon and I would need to pay for it. I paid their bill, but do not want any of their folks at my home again. Absolutely criminal to charge me and threaten a mechanics lien for something that isn't fixed. Noone in my family or immediate area will ever use these folks

How do I know if the unit is going to be large enough for my house?

Kenneth Cagle | Oct 9, 2019

Factors that would need to be taken into consideration include: - square footage of home - insulation values - quality of windows - the infiltration rate (how leaky the house is) - orientation (sun exposure) - customers comfort level (temperature of home) - the size of the existing system For better dehumidification the system needs to have longer run times, therefore we try to install the smallest unit that will do the job. High humidity creates an environment for mold to grow. The humidity level in your home affects your comfort level. For example, when the humidity is high in the home, when set at 73, you feel hot. When the humidity is low in the home, when set at 73, you feel cold.
