Like two tone said the front desk. My medical situations are personal she wanted me to scream it through the glass with a room full of people. Then got frustrated with me yelled for me to write it down now it looks real bad. The only person that should be told to anyway is the nurse and or doctor.

I do my Covid test a couple time in other places, but the lady almost going to my brain. She only do in a one side of my nose. Very rude!!!

This is one of many Roper St. Francis Healthcare satellite locations. This location is at 5153 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, SC. Many services are offered here. You can receive Covid19 testing here is your Physician or Medical Provider has directed you to be tested upon approval. This is currently a drive through operating on certain days and selected times. If you are directed by your Physician or Health Provider you will be called and given a date and timeframe to be tested in your car. Today, Sunday the hours were from 7-11am.

Two Toned

This review could be 5 stars but the front desk workers ruined it. I have been going here yearly for three years. I ran out of my prescription and called to have a refill made. I followed the instructions and left all the information required to get it refilled on the voicemail. Over a week later I haven't heard anything so I went in to get it taken care of in person. They wouldn't let me in to speak to anyone. They told me to call and leave a message. I told them I already did a week ago to no avail. They still insisted I call and leave a message. I'm done, I will find another doctor. My asthma has been acting up and I really need a refill to keep it under control. They didn't care about what I needed. It seems they are more focused on testing for covid than their loyal patients. How hard would it be for them to get on their tablet and refill a prescription? 5 minutes at most if you ask me. I will never go back here even though it's conviently located near my job.
