Worst experience after warranty passenger side predator rail broke off the welds, was under warranty I bring it to heyward Allen and Ben Goodwin helps me with the issue very nice gentleman than takes pictures calls me two or three days later stating it got approved and parts are ordered after parts come in I get a call from him to schedule a appointment and couldn’t make it called and let heyward Allen know and proceed to take it the next day as a walk in as I drop it off I get a call from mark Swanson very rude and direct about saying they aren’t covering it he won’t do it who did I speak to he has no information on the warranty being done I drive back there explain who I spoke to even still had his business card and basically for no reason just for him to tell me wait till Monday and I told him how important it was this needed to be done I have kids and a wife who can’t get in my truck easy without the step rails, they didn’t care so I told them just let me pay for the part and you guys figure it out not about the money but the long 3-4 weeks I spent dealing with this issue they said was getting taken care of completely a lie and will never be coming back to buy or service my vehicle again. And or send my family ever again to buy a car through them. Bad bad back end service. Mark swanson sounded like he didn’t want to do the job and even mentioned how they are short staffed… never going back here again. Sent so much business this way to get treated like this over a $475 accessory I ended up paying for anyway since they want to be so hard to deal with.

They are pretty slow. I had an appointment and it still took 2 hours for a very simple fix. I was also charged for my tire rotation. They advertise it as complimentary! They like to upsell, as many things they noted as needing immediately fixed weren't even recorded as maybe needing work soon at my last oil change. They do send you reminders with discounts periodically if you deny the service that day, so just wait and get 10% off or find a new place. I love Toyota, but this one leaves me wanting more.

We do have rentals available for use by the hour or per day. They must be picked up and dropped off to our rental department.
U will have to call to see if they have what ur looking for.... they will answer any questions you have
