My husband spent $735 on two pallets here yesterday. A video showing of the black stone grill pallet, but there was no actual grill in the box just the burners. A Christmas pallet had one thing Christmas on it (which owner says 1 thing makes it a Christmas pallet 🤷‍♀️ really?🤔) the rest was absolute junk such as broken candles and 50 cent toys. We will be lucky to get our money back, which probably won’t happen. He tried to call the owner, but he was very rude and wasn’t willing to work with us. He wasn’t rude when he took our money though. Owner also apparently doesn’t take criticism very well, very defensive. Lesson learned

First time visiting today, and from the beginning to the end the customer service was just awesome! I was so amazed!!! The pallets are well worth the money, and they are some real clean pallets. They dont look to be picked over. They have soooo many to choose from. I've found me a new home. Thanks so much for the great customer service!! See you soon!!!

Friday was the first time I went to Palmetto pallets mega sale. I had a great time looking around, they had lots and lots of pallets. The staff was helpful and friendly even the people that were shopping there gave me information that I needed to know for the next time I did get a $100 pallet and I got some great stuff, I will be back for another mega sale.
