Went here back in May and was the very first nail salon I went to and fell in love didnt have to wait long and the nail tech was very professional and my nails lasted a long time especially since I work at a printing warehouse I recommend this place and am planning on going back

I’ve been coming here for 3 years and never had an issue. Today, my regular pedicure tech was not working (Monica). I told them I would not get my toes done but they insisted on someone else doing them. Jasmine was not good at all! Very rough and she would not scrub the bottom of my feet saying it was not included in a pedicure when we all know that it is. I opened the book and showed her. She sucked her teeth and proceeded to scrub my feet. As different co workers started walking by, she spoke in her language and they stared and laughed. As LT started my nails, she started talking her language and talking more. After 3 years I am no longer coming to Ombre. I’ve spent too much money for them to try to half do my services.
