Have so many different olive oils and balsamic vinegars that you can sample. Cindy was so knowledgeable and in helping me pick one out. I like to get EVOO with the highest polyphenols. My favorite is from Tunisia.

I can’t get enough of their Balsamic vinegar! My favorite so far is the pineapple. I use it in salad, as a dip for sandwiches, in cooking, whatever I can come up with, as the flavor is that good! I just bought the lemon olive oil that Sandra introduced me to, that is great mixed with the pineapple vinegar. Bought both for a friend, which Sandra boxed together lovely, for me for a small cost. I am so happy this place is only mile from my home. Highly recommend to add flavor to your cooking and eating experience!

A dizzying selection of oils and vinegars, all of which you are free to sample. Good luck leaving with fewer than 3 bottles! I gave some unique balsamic vinegars as Christmas gifts and people love them.
