Well I am not the one to complain however, if you have extra time to waste please go . I was quoted 1hour for my 7:30 am appointment . Keep in mind I had an appointment. Four walk ins cars were in front of me I waited for 2 hours and made no fuss . I understand everywhere is short staff and I get that and I'm willing to wait. I waited 3hours and 20 mins for a oil change and tire rotation. I was thinking something really had to be wrong for people who came after me to leave before me . No sorry for the long wait , no check ins or nothing. I think they even forgot about me because I had to find them.

My experience was terrible the owner and the service manager. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AND I WILL BEING telling ALL MY FAMILY AND FREINDS NEVER BUY A CAR FROM Mr.Howard Effird. HE VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND NOT FRIENDLY .THE SERVICE manager Is THE SAME .Just unacceptable
