They would not honor good rx as it was on my mobile phone as presented to them prior to paying for my meds. The pharmacist was all knowing and did not budge. Very very poor business, he should be fired!!!

After a complete ordeal from another pharmacy. Publix has excellent customer service. They helped me cancel the other pharmacy then promptly filled my prescriptions. Thanks and I highly recommend them. I won’t go anywhere else.

They rang up my prescriptions and I walked out the door for less than one minute found that both of them were half the price on Good RX then when I was charged inside so I called from inside my car and they told me they would not honor the discount price and I had to present it prior to the transaction. This is the only Publix that has done that to me, and I’ve been using Publix for years..... the one I generally go to looks at both Publix pharmacy discount versus good RX which I have on file with them and gives me the lower price. I think it’s absurd that I couldn’t walk in one minute after the fact and save the money. That’s BAD business!

Walk-In Care is a telemedicine service available at select Publix Pharmacy locations that connects customers with a licensed healthcare professional in real time. Publix partners with hospitals around the Southeast to provide Walk-In Care, a third-party service. Walk-In Care offers treatment for non-emergency medical issues such as allergies, sinus infections, earaches, bug bites, colds, and more. Available for patients ages two and older. The Moderna vaccine and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine are available to eligible individuals ages 18+ at Publix Pharmacy locations. The Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 12+ at all in-store Florida Publix Pharmacy locations and select Publix pharmacies in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee, while supplies last. The pediatric Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 5–11 at select Publix pharmacies, while supplies last. Publix has a limited supply of the pediatric Pfizer vaccine.
