This place was terrible thank God for TEMEKIA SAMUEL CNA and KIM GESTER RN that took care of me for TEMEKIA I would have left the Social Worker told my daughter the only way she was going to get me home is to put me in her car to take me home telling my daughter something was wrong with my brains when I came out of recovery I came out with my right mind COAX3 they treated me with no respect I have a left below the knee amputation staff was so disrespectful wanting to put me on a bed pan the first night since I couldn't get on the bed pan they assisted me out of bed to the restroom they had a male assisting them he got so rude with me at times I thought he was going to strike me I had a horrible time there never took my blood pressure or check my glucose when I got there I knew I was in trouble somebody please do something about that place those are real humans in that place

Life Care Center of Columbia is a very good ‘Short Term Skilled Nursing Facility’. From the point of our tour for our 91 years old mother’s prescribed SNF followed after her hip surgery by her orthopedic surgeon and hospitalist, we have received the best services from all. Therapists (PT, OT, Speech) are all skilled and did their best to make our mom feel good and we as a family felt absolutely worry free under their care. They were very accommodating in terms of her dietary needs. However, her protein needs are little difficult to supplement without Prosource prescribed by the residential physician… No big deal as we could supplement her with home brought egg white recipes.. Visiting hours are pretty accommodating for family members to come any time between the hours of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm EST. subject to following CDC Guidelines relative to Covid… We are very happy to take our mom home today… God Bless them all the Team of LCC of Columbia…

If you are not going to visit your family here DO NOT. THINK ABOUT PUTTING THEM HERE. This place just want to bring you medicine in a cup to your room( you don't know medicine they what medicine they are giving you) to take it. They do not check your vitals at all. The food is AWFUL. They want patients that don't do nothing but sit or lay there and have nothing say about what is going on. I HATE THIS PLACE
