No restroom, no money. Grabbed my morning coffee and zipped out the door. I took on a challenging project and was super excited to see this company’s fabulous fabrics. (They are fabulous...) Drove 45 minutes to this store, shopped 20 min., needed a restroom before continuing. I was going to be shopping a while, needing several things. Yeah, no. No potty. They say it is out if order, but let’s be honest, it’s also your go-to long term excuse and how you deny access to the restroom. Just a low class move on your end. I’m not leaving your store and driving to another store to use their bathroom and returning business back to you. Your customer service policies are in need of. repair. I would also suggest reviewing your target market and the needs that come along with that. On the other hand, Carolina fabrics had just what I needed and great service, with a clean place to pee.
