I was told there was a 10 min wait on brown rice since they had none and the wait ended up being over 30 minutes. They were not honest about the wait time to begin with. Had me and other customers waiting for a very long time.

This place is gross They didn’t have veggies at the time Both rice were low and could not ask for more Place was dirty their employees were rude not wearing mask is disgusting

Have placed mobile orders several times and each time the order gets messed up. Today, we ordered 4 salads. When we got home, we opened our food to learn that they had put none of the green lettuce on 2 of the salads and did not give us any salad dressing for any of the orders. I recommend going inside, or check your pick up order before leaving to ensure the order is accurate. How unfortunate because other Chipotle’s I have been to have always correctly fulfilled my order.

Nice clean location that is excellent at following instructions for online orders. Every time I mobile order my food is on the sled at the exact time I instructed and it is never cold nor not incomplete upon arrival.Hi, thank you for your review!
